Delete your Dhruva account.

You can initiate permanent account deletion directly in the Dhruva application. If you cannot access your account, Minimal Softwares Co. can assist after verifying your request.

Open account settings

Choose Delete account

Select the account-deletion option and complete the confirmation shown in the app.

Request assistance

If you cannot access the app, email us from your registered email address so we can verify and process the request.

What deletion covers

Deletion removes or de-identifies your account profile, workout records, synchronized health and fitness information, preferences, and other personal data associated with the account from active systems. Protected backup copies and security records may remain for 90 to 180 days before expiry, unless a longer period is legally required. Irreversibly anonymized analytics cannot be connected back to your account.
